Novi model Yealinka SIP-T21P E2 ponovno podiže lestvicu u konkurenciji "entry-level" IP telefona. Pri izradi su korišćeni materijali visokog kvaliteta, a najznačajnija novost u odnosu na prethodnika je dodatak pozadinskog osvetljenja ekrana koji je i dalje u rezoluciji 132x64 piksela, a jasno prikazuje 5 linija teksta. HD kvalitet zvuka, dva VoIP korisnička naloga, jednostavne, fleksibilne i sigurne opcije instalacije, kao i IPv6, Open VPN, redundancy server, PoE, SRTP/ HTTPS/ TLS, 802.1x - samo su deo mogućnosti ovog telefona.
